Residence permit applications
For residence permit applications made on ANEF, you must ensure that your application is complete! For each unavailable document (academic transcripts, enrolment certificate), you must submit a document explaining why the requested document is missing and committing to provide it as soon as it is in your possession, indicating the time it will take and the expected date of availability.
Any incomplete file may be refused by the prefecture agent who processes it.
