Concerning the different possibility of financing a scholarship, please contact your international relations office for further information, in case the procedure for obtaining a grant goes directly through your institution ( eg: Brittany region's grant).

Ministry of foreig European affairs: with 1,5 million of visitor per month in Bulgaria, this website proposes useful and legal piece of advice to the french people who wish to leave. The home page has a section "news" which informs in time many events to subscribe frrely to RSS feeds for a large number of countries  

On the way to the world  : A website realized by regional youth information center (CRIJ Bretagne), in relation with many partners in which the CMI: testimony, many useful adresses, and piece of advise....etc 

there is also useful information on studying abroad, but also on internship

International mail :The famous weekly newspaper is present on the web, at the bottom of the site, in the section "resources", we can access to the country files which contains  information about the economy, politics and demography. Bulgaria and student Mobility 

since 1999, Bulgaria has taken part in the Bologna process by adopting the LMD system (license- Master- Doctoarte), facilitating exchanges with foreign students and particularly from Europe.
